Same sweet, nutty hardneck as our seed Chesnok, just smaller cooking bulbs. Roast them, sauté them, or stir them into a sauce. Grown organically in the Wisconsin Northwoods, planted and pulled by hand.

Hardneck bulbs like these keep about 6 months in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place.
