Collection: Seed Garlic

Our premium hardneck seed garlic bulbs are selected for their robust flavor and large size, making them perfect for planting in bulk on your commercial farm or in your home garden.

We follow organic, sustainable planting methods and plant and harvest each bulb by hand on our family farm.

All of our garlic is sold by the pound. Our seed garlic bulbs are large (2 inches or bigger in diameter) and have a high germination rate. Planting large cloves produces larger bulbs. Culinary garlic on the other hand is smaller than 2 inches and is more ideal for cooking.

Our garlic harvest will begin in July followed by a needed curation period before shipping in October. We fulfill orders in the order that they are received. Check out our hardneck garlic varieties below for more information and to place an order.
