Hardneck Seed Garlic

Hardneck seed garlic from our small family farmstead in the Wisconsin Northwoods. Grown organically, planted and harvested by hand.

Seed bulbs are 2 inches or bigger. Bigger cloves make bigger bulbs. Cooking garlic is smaller than 2 inches, for the kitchen. All of it is sold by the pound.

Varieties: Chesnok Red, Music, German White, Metechi, and Korean Red. Or skip cracking bulbs and use our ready-to-plant clove bags.

We harvest in July and cure on the farm. We ship as orders come in. Plant in October, before the ground freezes. We fulfill in the order orders are received.
