Refund policy

Seed garlic, cooking garlic, black garlic, jelly, hot sauce, seasonings, and anything else we grow or make to eat cannot be returned once it has shipped. Plants and food leave the farm and we cannot take them back.

If the box shows up damaged, empty, or wrong, email vanlowfamilyfarm@gmail.com with a photo. We will make it right.

Non-food gifts (candles, and stickers or merch if those are for sale again) can be returned within 30 days if they are unused and in the original packaging. Email us first. We will send a return label if we accept it. Do not mail a package back without talking to us.

Sale items follow the same rules as the rest of the shop.

If we approve a refund, it goes back on the original payment within about 10 business days. Your bank may take longer to show it.
