Van Low Family Farm is a small farmstead in the Wisconsin Northwoods. We grow hardneck garlic organically by hand, and have since 2021, when we left the city to start our farmstead. Named varieties for cold winters. Plant in October. Harvest the next July.
We work together as a family to share what we grow.
