Black garlic is truly a one of a kind delicacy. Well known for a variety of cooking uses and numerous health benefits. It's sweet flavor makes it easy to enjoy on its own like candy or used to make salad dressings, butter spreads, pasta and more.
Each package contains 2 or 5 of our slow aged organic black garlic bulbs grown right here on our small family farm. Black garlic can keep up to 6 months with proper storage.
Black garlic is garlic that has been slow aged in a temperature and humidity controlled setting. Some may refer to this as "fermentation" but it is really a Maillard reaction that condenses the sugars and turns the garlic black. This process creates the sweet delicious flavor with medicinal benefits.
