Music Hardneck Garlic

Music is the big, classic hardneck we grow for people who want huge cloves and a garlic that lasts. Porcelain type (also called Italian Late). Sold by the pound for planting or cooking.

Grown organically in the Wisconsin Northwoods, planted and pulled by hand. Planting garlic: bulbs 2 inches or larger. We harvest in July and cure on the farm. We ship as orders come in. Plant in October, before the ground freezes. This is organic seed, not grocery garlic.
