Music Hardneck Garlic

Music is the big, classic hardneck we grow for people who want huge cloves and a garlic that lasts.

Also called Italian Late: a porcelain type with a handful of plump, easy-peel cloves, a full robust flavor, and storage that can run well into spring if you keep it cool and dry.

We grow it organically in the Wisconsin Northwoods, planted and pulled by hand. Sold by the pound.

Planting garlic — bulbs 2 inches or larger. One pound plants about 30 cloves. Order now for fall. We harvest in July and cure on the farm. We fulfill orders as they are received.

Cooking garlic — smaller bulbs, same variety, same farm. Strong and clean. Everyday cooking garlic.
