Cheq Bay Garlic Scape Seasoning

Cheq Bay is our garlic scape seasoning. Lemon and dill, with a little mustard, on scapes we dry here.

We named it for Chequamegon Bay, up the road from the farm in Marengo, Wisconsin.

Garlic scape powder, lemon, pepper, salt, mustard powder, and dill. An 8oz jar. Good on fish, eggs, roasted potatoes, and whatever is coming off the grill.
