Cheq Bay is our garlic scape seasoning. Lemon, dill, and a little mustard in with the scape powder.

Lemon, pepper, garlic scape powder, salt, mustard powder, and dill. An 8oz jar. Good on fish, eggs, whatever is coming off the grill.

We named it for Chequamegon Bay, up the road from the farm in Marengo, Wisconsin.
