Bibon Black Garlic Rub

Bibon is our black garlic rub. Coffee and brown sugar in with the garlic we slow roast on the farm.

Organic black garlic, coffee, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. An 8oz jar. Made for steak, brisket, and pork on the grill or in the smoker.

We named it for Lake Bibon, up the road from the farm in Marengo, Wisconsin.
